I stopped making excuses

In March of 2021, I decided to finally stop making excuses about my health and my weight. "My metabolism is just slowing down as I get older", "it's just part of my genetics", and "I won't stick to a diet if it means I can't eat the things I like" were all commonly said statements in my head. That's when I realized I was basically CHOOSING to make EXCUSES rather than CHOOSING to make CHANGES. 

I STARTED MAKING CHANGES

I started my journey of pursuing better by eating keto/low carb, drinking ketones daily, and I set a goal to lose 50 pounds by the end of the year. In 1 month, I lost 23 pounds, had more energy, more mental clarity, better sleep, and started building and maintaining muscle. After just 4 months, I hit my goal of losing 50 pounds and I decided to help other people to reach their goals through keto and drinking ketones.
