KORE is a high-touch, executive-level partnership designed to help senior leaders move from complexity and misalignment to clarity that actually gets executed. This is not coaching in the traditional sense. It’s ongoing, fractional executive leadership supporting to help align vision, systems, people, and decision-making in real time.

What is the Investment

KORE Weekend: $6,000 - A KORE weekend stands on its own. Complete the weekend, then decide whether to continue.
KORE Executive Leadership: $3,000/month - The 12-month Executive Leadership is billed monthly. A complete 12-month engagement is $42,000, plus travel billed at cost.

A full-time Executive Pastor will cost $150,000+ in salary, benefits and overhead. Searches for these roles typically take 6-12 months and the seat stays empty while you search. Typical Church Consultants will cost $15,000-30,000. This is for a much shorter advisory engagement and there is an immediate absence after the advice.
