KORE XP is a high-touch, executive-level partnership designed to help churches move from complexity and misalignment to clarity that actually gets executed. This is not coaching in the traditional sense. It’s ongoing fractional executive leadership that helps align vision, systems, people, and decision making in real time.

Churches that have outgrown their current structure: Multiple ministry departments, a growing staff, multiple locations, or increasing operational complexity.
Churches that need stronger executive leadership: The Senior Pastor is carrying too much of the operational load, departments aren't working together effectively, or important initiatives aren't getting across the finish line.
Churches that need executive-level leadership without the cost of a full-time hire: They need experienced leadership and operational support but aren't ready to add a full-time Executive Pastor to the payroll.

Four On-Site Engagements: The initial KORE Weekend, followed by three additional strategic workshops and integration sessions throughout the year.
Direct Access: Direct support via text, email, and voice memo for real time leadership decisions.

What is the Investment

KORE Weekend: $5,000 - Every KORE XP partnership begins with a KORE Weekend. This focused engagement establishes a clear understanding of your church's current realities, identifies key priorities, and creates the foundation for future work together. The weekend also stands on its own. Complete the KORE Weekend and then decide whether to continue.
KORE XP: $3,000/month - A 12-month fractional executive partnership that builds on the KORE Weekend and helps your church implement priorities, strengthen systems, and execute its vision. If you choose to continue with KORE XP, your initial KORE Weekend investment includes your first month of executive partnership. The remaining 11 months are billed at $3,000 per month. The total first year investment is $38,000. Travel expenses are billed separately.

* A full-time Executive Pastor will cost $150,000+ in salary, benefits and overhead.
